Under supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager will be responsible for all activities related to recruitment of all open positions. The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager will handle full cycle recruitment from job description development to onboarding and will work independently to source talent from many different online platforms with an in depth understanding of the impact of time to fill.

  • Consult with human resources colleagues to resolve issues, provide interpretations, and assist with compensation policies and program updates and enhancements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources

  • Minimum of five - eight years of Full Cycle Recruiting Experience

  • Proficient expertise with MS Office including MS Word and MS PowerPoint

  • Experience with progressive diversity and inclusion concepts and programs

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources and related governmental rules, regulations and procedures.
