We're seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager to join our Program/Project Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage day-to-day project activities, such as tracking action items, issues and risk, facilitating project team meetings (with various groups) and preparing/delivering status reports; Ensure adherence to current project management standard processes and compliance to quality assurance policies; Provide overall project communication to stakeholders and program management of stakeholder expectations; Proactively identify and solve project issues through negotiation and/or escalation processes. Work with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables; Communicate clearly with internal management and key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in project management is required. Minimum of 3 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 3 years of project management experience; Ability to work independently within various areas of BNY Mellon; Proven ability to manage a team responsible for producing quality deliverables on time and on budget.
