Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for performing various duties relating to the Discipline & Research Services function including securities trading, securities research, securities and discipline reporting, securities processing and compliance with assorted operating policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.  The incumbent understands and maintains various portfolio measurement software packages.

Primary Responsibilities: Executes securities trades originated by Portfolio Advisors and serves as the primary line of communication with executing brokers. Works as a liaison between outside brokers and our operations and settlement group. Prepares various trading reports, documenting trade volume, and broker compliance. Prepares security research reports and necessary documentation, schedules, and forms for tracking performance and financial health of individual security holdings. Prepares various reports and schedules used by management of various investment styles, strategies, and disciplines. Coordinates and votes all proxy ballots for client investments. Follows outside manager recommendations for corporate proxy ballots. Coordinates the processing of client portfolio performance software and helps maintain database of securities. Updates strategy models and investment price and asset classifications on the management system.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
