We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as an Outreach Representative for our energy efficiency programs. In this role, you'll play a vital role in helping businesses save money on their energy bills and reduce their environmental footprint.

About the Role:

As an Outreach Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Going door-to-door in commercial/ B2B areas to promote energy efficiency programs.
  • Engaging with business owners, explaining the benefits of our programs, and answering their initial questions.
  • Identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments with our experienced Energy Advisors for further consultation and sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of your daily activities and reporting to your supervisor.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or GED.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently to achieve daily goals.
  • Holds a clean driving record and is eligible to pass a background check (including drug screening and MVR).

Previous experience is not required, but a background in sales and energy is a plus. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.

What We Offer:

  • Mileage reimbursement for travel within your designated area (no more than 1-1.5 hours each way).
  • 2-3 weeks of paid training covering product knowledge and effective communication skills.
  • Opportunity to grow your career (potential advancement to Energy Advisor role).

Work Environment:

  • This role primarily involves fieldwork with some time spent in the office (Murrysville, PA or Wyomissing, PA) to pick up materials and report.
