What You'll Do: The Systems Analyst II will collaborate with business users to understand and support day to day business needs as it relates to Enterprise Asset Management, including SAP and other assigned applications. Incumbent will research, analyze and troubleshoot software as well as drive enhancements that generate business value. The Systems Analyst II acts as the liaison between the business and IT to review, document and implement system changes as necessary. Role requires a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge as well as the ability to configure and develop defined solution. The participation in cross-functional teams is required to analyze business problems as well as recommend solutions or enhancements to current procedures or processes. Your solution-led, can-do approach will be empowered to add value from day one and affect changes that will impact the entire team!

Essential Duties: Provide application support for production systems including SAP EAM modules, Primavera P6, etc. Debug and resolve data and system issues using knowledge of SAP PM and/or DM objects - tables, function modules, BADIs etc. Respond to service desk tickets and resolve issues within service level agreements. Support software upgrades and other standard maintenance activities; determine business process change impacts, design and implement solutions, and perform testing. Identify and define software solutions to address business needs and requests. Gather business requirements, design system changes, document functional specifications, interact with the development team, conduct testing, and prepare user documentation. Develop reporting requirements, including ad hoc data analysis, to support the needs of the business. Participate in planning activities for business application requirements. Perform integration testing, and work with business users to support user acceptance testing. Participate in application performance tuning. Perform miscellaneous operational duties as needed (i.e. reports, queries, data loads, helpdesk requests). Assist with application disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing. Develop and utilize departmental standards and procedures. Maintain up to date skill level and knowledge of industry directions.
