Reference #: 774432 Job Overview: Under the oversight of a senior member of Enterprise Risk Department, support the development and implementation of an effective enterprise risk management framework.

Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is required * Two (2) years of experience in risk management, auditing or internal controls role is OR a bachelor's degree in an Enterprise Risk Management program, is preferred

Preferred Qualification: * Working knowledge in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to work accurately and with an eye for detail * Ability to do research and work independently * Ability to work towards strict deadlines

Principal Activities and Duties: * Under supervision, support the development and maintenance of the risk management programs. Will participate in consultation to execute the program components. Will assist in the development and maintenance and may include the following: o Risk Appetite o Top, Emerging and Evolving Risks o Risk aggregation and reporting o Risk and Control Self-Assessments o Risk Assessments of Material Initiatives o Process and Control Library * Assist in the development of risk enterprise while supporting the businesses and other risk partners (e.g. Compliance, Information Security, Fraud, Legal, Security) * Assist with the continued efforts to train and facilitate risk owners to properly conduct and document risk assessments and provide effective review and challenge * Support business-as-usual activities and ad hoc requests and identifies risk exposures, as directed * Perform other assignments as directed
