HVAC Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong interpersonal communication skills, who will demonstrate leadership and accountability for our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate technical requirements to ensure proper staffing and tools are in place to meet customer expectations and profit projections.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of equipment, materials, and subcontracts. 

  • Provide input and actively participate in regular review meetings on work progress, customer relations and other matters affecting service operations.

  • Report any bottlenecks affecting efficient and timely project completion. 

  • Work with Commercial Projects Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of assigned projects.

  • Understand and apply principles of cost versus benefit to gain maximum utilization of company resources.

  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to achieve or exceed customer satisfaction goals.

  • Report on sales, work progress and revenue generation.

  • Responsible for sales revenue, forecasting and meeting targeted Gross Profit objectives.

  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, sales and service personnel.
