We are currently searching for an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal for our Pittsburgh, PA location.

Hybrid work schedule available for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitor ECF dockets for a high-volume practice * Draft proofs of claim, certificates of service and simple motions * Manage high volume of ECFs * Monitor upcoming file deadlines and interact with attorneys to communicate those deadlines * Keep up to date on local rules and practices * Communicate with Courts/Court-Clerks regarding administrative matters Required Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience as a Paralegal * 5+ years of prior law firm experience * A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in bankruptcy, preferred * Experience in all phases of the bankruptcy process representing debtor and creditors in complex business/corporate Chapter 11 proceedings * Must be proficient with ECF * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Outlook * Ability to organize and prioritize workload and anticipate needs * Outstanding written and verbal communications * Ability to professionally interact with clients, attorneys and staff * Ability to work overtime, as required
