Requirements
Under the Direction of an RN, assists in Implementing and coordinating Heatlh Issues and needs of individuals with I/DD and over site of duties specific to nursing at homes with increased medical needs. The Nursing supervisor is responsible for review of nursing documentation and assessment completion for accuracy and quality , review and assistance (when needed) of doctor appointments and diagnostic testing, data entry and review of medical information as assigned, over site of all aspects of Medication Administration at the sites using nursing services, assist in applicable state regulations licensing activities, staff nurse scheduling, clinical and skill development and training for all nurses, on call duties, and attend meetings as assigned.
