The Product Development Associate plays a vital role in the creation and enhancement of products from ideation to launch The primary goal of these new products is to enhance customer experience by offering innovative customer-facing products and services while strategically positioning our company as future-proof through forward-thinking solutions and technologies.

Responsibilities Product development - Drive ideation, design, and development of new products and services; aligned with the company's strategy - collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Project Management - Take ownership of assigned projects and manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with team members Technical interest- Stay abreast of industry trends to develop ideas for utility-related products. Understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Business interest - Develop a deep understanding of the utility industry, market trends, and customer needs to contribute to the creation of products that meet business objectives - collaborate with the business development team and innovation center to identify new opportunities for growth Implementation - Act as implementer by working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of products and services; provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement Documentation - Create and maintain detailed documentation for product specifications, development processes, and implementation procedures Communication - Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with overall company goals Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant discipline Two (2) years of related experience Skills and Abilities Utilized in this Role Include Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to be an implementer, translating ideas into tangible products or services Scope Primary focus is on daily deliverables, outputs and reporting. Typically accountable for managing one's own time and work flow. Responsible for using prescribed guidelines to analyze situations and solve problems. Work is typically of moderate complexity.

Decision Impact Problems and issues faced are vague but may be recognizable based on past experience. Accountable for some direct level of reasoning and decision making in straightforward situations based on precedents.

Hybrid Work Position follows our hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days working in the office and the remaining days working remotely. Reporting location and freq ency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs.
