Salary Range for this position is $59,000 - $90,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Molecular Technologist,

The Molecular Technologist is responsible for completing the processing for the clinical lab while maintaining a high-quality standard. This role will spend the most time on immunofluorescent labeling, digital imaging, and performing quality review for digital imaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Tissue Cypher:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • B.S. in a scientific discipline
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency, scientific creativity, successful collaboration with others, and independent thought.
  • Preferred 2-4 years of laboratory experience in high-complexity testing.
  • Previous experience with digital imaging or IF/IHC staining is welcomed, but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with micro-pipetting.

WORK SCHEDULE

M-F, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
