IT Infrastructure Analyst - JR2411390
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The IT Infrastructure Analyst, M&A will be leading all Infrastructure related activities for potential mergers and acquisitions. You will continue developing and maintaining an IT Infrastructure playbook and defining required tasks from initial due diligence through project completion. You will define and provide cost and timeline estimates to include in the acquisition ACT including identifying any potential Infrastructure risks. You will help build out an onboarding and change management plan for the newly acquired Infrastructure team members. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the M&A team to ensure we build a cohesive plan for acquisitions and collaborate with FLIT and the GIS teams when required.
Key Responsibilities * Provides support, identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. * Identify and integrate process improvements into the IT M&A playbook. * Ensure process documentation is kept up to date. * Support Infrastructure personnel through the acquisition process. * Interface with corporate development and business employees. * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to resolve issues. * Works directly with customers resolving complex problems and issues.
Qualifications * A four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline * Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience in a computer-related area * Advanced knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the related field * Knowledgeable with PPG standard desktop, tools & utilities, server operating system, tools & utilities, IT network infrastructure and voice services, process control and monitoring and call center technologies
