DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the IT Asset and Vendor Management Analyst you will work within established policies and procedures, focusing on existing technology and processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with vendor onboarding, monitoring vendor performance, and implementing remediation actions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient management of technology assets and vendor relationships. You will report to the Manager IT Information Technology Asset & Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities * Maintain software compliance records and license re-use for low dollar spend. * Perform periodic internal licensing audits. * Responsible for daily tactical requests * Maintain support policies, documentation, and help with communication plans. * Administer and track purchase orders and invoices for low dollar spend. * Maintain data sources and administer software asset/vendor management tools.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related discipline * Typically requires 0-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT Related Field * Must be willing in hybrid work environment. * Knowledge of IT Procurement tools, software installation and standard IT operating procedures is beneficial. * Knowledge of IT system architectures on-premises and cloud-based solutions * Knowledge of information security and risk management
