Job Information

Carmeuse Americas Electrical Training CO-OP in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania

Will be engaged with a variety of Carmeuse sites, along with observing Hands-on Electrical work and Training. The scope is to engage this position with Electrician’s, Electrical Apprentices, and all types of Electrical Training configurations, which will consist of Power sources, Power control and PLC.

Responsibilities

  • You will interface cross functionally with Operations, Engineering & Training departments within Carmeuse to ensure project success.

  • Assist with the development of Carmeuse’s Hands on Electrical Training Program regarding Power Sources, Power Controls and PLC’s.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree with a graduation date no later than 2026

  • Must be able to participate in a co-op prior to completing current degree program

  • A valid drivers license, to be acceptable to required MSHA hazard training along with Site Specific training.

  • Willing to travel to Carmeuse locations throughout US.

  • To obey all Carmeuse Safety Regulations at each site.

  • To be always responsible with the correct PPE and to respect Carmeuse Property.
