We are seeking a technically savvy, creative, and organized Digital Project Manager to join our multi-channel Marketing and Communication (MarCom) team. The Digital Project Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the development and management of various digital marketing initiatives with a focus on website architecture, automation, and databases, while coordinating and completing project deliverables. A successful candidate will have a business mindset and be adept at technical aspects of web and database systems and be able to skillfully provide project management for assigned projects.

Your days will be filled with: Project lead & project management of website, automation & database projects Draft and maintain project scope and infrastructure, resource plan and timeline, detailing tasks, responsibilities and monitoring completion on time and on budget Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as developers and IT) to define and drive technical requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as developers, IT, sales teams, and customer support), and external vendors to create, test, scale, and deliver creative solutions Assisting in the development and execution of global marketing and communications Grow knowledge of technical marketing & communications best practices and trends

We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor's degree required in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field Minimum 3 years of project management experience in web, database, and automation projects Excellent organizational skills, project management, and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines and budgets Deep knowledge and experience in a variety of technical marketing and information architecture concepts, practices, and processes Experience in areas such as digital marketing, web, automation, database systems, and content management Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and with external vendors in a clear and precise manner Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Positive attitude and energy
