As a Data Analyst II, you will work collaboratively and support cross-functional team members, provide and create automated repeatable reporting solutions for the Consumer, Commercial / Carrier business segments. These responsibilities and deliverables should lead to business insights and enhance operational and customer analytics, leading to increased revenue and greater efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Daily support of end-users' ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platform Collaborates with team members across the organization to facilitate business discussion and align on business reporting needs Works independently as well as collaboratively to analyze data and create insights to drive and inform business decisions Facilitates meetings, assists with outlining deliverables, acts as business liaison for technical requirements, and implements deadlines Engages in requirements gathering, research, and report development. Partner closely with technical and business teams to complete requirements gathering, testing and successful delivery of reporting solutions Document and understand the relationship of business process with business application to shape and report data quality/accuracy Work with divisional teams to understand the processes used to generate reports currently, and work closely with IT BI team to automate these data processes into data sources Works closely with the IT BI team to create consistency and alignment with report development standards Maintain and enhance existing reports Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project process Communicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership team Performs all other duties as assigned Prepares ad hoc analysis and monthly KPI reports to be reviewed by investors, board of directors and the executive leadership team Collects regional drop data to prepare bi-weekly reports Creates auditing tools and resources for internal use to ensure efficient third-party audits Conducts internal audits to determine continuous improvement opportunities Utilize PeopleSoft to gather invoices and other types of data to be used for further analysis

Qualifications

Work Relationships: Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications: 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or comparable role Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, business analytics, or related field, or 3 years' experience Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent project management skills including experience in gathering and documenting requirements Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated ability to?prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple requests/projects in a deadline-driven environment Experience with data reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Knowledge of one or more coding languages and tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, R, Python, Excel VBA, RAW, SAS) pr ferred Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proven ability to create strong relationships across the organization Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills US Citizenship required Personal Qualities: Applicants must also demonstrate the following personal qualities and be able to articulate how their past experience reflects these qualities: Collaborative and data driven with strong analytical and technical skills Ability to continuously prioritize long-term plans with short-term urgent response needs Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences. Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $67,632 - $102,511
