Salary Range For This Position Is $65,000 - $75,000. Salary Range Is Based On Experience And Education Levels.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Clinical Services, Supervisor,
The Supervisor of Clinical Services role is pivotal to maintaining the smooth functioning of the Clinical Services Department. A primary responsibility involves fostering the engagement and success of team members while closely monitoring their productivity. Duties include overseeing efficient completion of tasks such as order entry, report creation, and specimen receipt and processing. The position requires dedicating substantial time to ensuring team engagement and success, as well as timely completion of pre-analytic and post-analytic tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor is tasked with monitoring team productivity and performance to optimize daily operations. Providing ongoing support and guidance to address any challenges or concerns encountered by team members is also essential.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare/lab, informatics, or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar management role.
- Actively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.
