Business Agility Learning & Development Lead - JR2410281
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the SAFe-Agile Program Learning and Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's learning culture and driving performance excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, design innovative learning solutions, and foster a self-sustaining environment of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Consulting: * Partner with internal stakeholders to identify performance gaps and root causes. * Validate learning needs across the organization and develop targeted performance support initiatives. * Design and implement learning and performance programs to address identified gaps. * Socialize our learning strategy and principles throughout the organization.
Project Leadership: * Manage medium and large-scale learning projects. * Conduct business analysis, engage with key stakeholders, and define desired business outcomes. * Lead project teams to achieve results aligned with our learning objectives.
Change Agent and Employee Champion: * Build strong relationships across the organization. * Advocate for employee development and align it with business goals. * Drive the adoption of agile practices within the L&D team.
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Organizational Psychology, Business). * 3+ Years experience in learning and development, preferably in an agile context. * Strong understanding of performance consulting, learning design, and project management. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Passion for creating a learning environment that drives business success.
