System One Associate Digital Designer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

POSITION TITLE: Associate Digital Designer (Seasonal Site + Email)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Will be responsible for designing, updating and releasing of site, email, paid media and other digital creative. Candidates should be self-motivated with strong attention to DETAIL, organization, have the ability to multi-task, manage their time efficiently and work well within a large team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and release production ready files for ae.com under the direction of the Art Director. (Site landing pages, shops, fit guides, seasonal image crops, digital billboards and any additional one-off requests throughout season)

  • Design and release production ready files for the ae app. (seasonal images, navigational images and shops)

  • Support Sr. Digital Email Designer in designing, building and releasing day-today creative.

  • QA and approve creative prior to go live across all above platforms. Ability to multi-task and collaborate with content team when updates are needed in a timely manner.

  • Maintain organized file structures both within working creative files and shared team servers.

  • Support Digital Designers on design and production of day-to-day promos/updates (webset refreshes, site touchpoints, emails, internal creative needs, and digital one-off assets)

  • Special projects as necessary.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, which may/will require working in person/in-office for a portion or all of a week based on the needs of the business

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field

  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)

  • Knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Figma and After Effects a plus

  • A portfolio demonstrating a passion for digital design and a mastery of online visual communication.

  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

  • Passion for retail
