We are seeking an Assistant Apartment Manager to join our team at our program in Crafton, PA Earn $19.95/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option. Our ideal Assistant Apartment Manager candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Interacting and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings, as well as Adult Training Facilities (ATF). Providing personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP). Provides age-appropriate, on-going interactions with individuals during structured and unstructured activities that are directed towards their identified needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited program with specialized training is preferred. A minimum of one year's experience in working with the developmentally disabled and/or any combination of education, experience or training deemed appropriate. A current and valid driver's license is required.
