  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION PURPOSE OF ROLE:

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products and services as well as outstanding communication skills with team members within the customer service department.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer issues, orders, and product knowledge requests.
    • Logged in to designated phone queues for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day for full time shifts.
    • Answer all calls, chats, and emails with professional phone and email etiquette.
    • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Check and/or follow-up with emails/voicemails/agent issues.
    • Provide a positive work environment and team support.
    • Handle confidential and non-routine information with high regard to privacy.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS REQUESTED:

    • Facilitate good communication within the organization.
    • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • As needed, will assist with special projects or other tasks within the company.
    • Completes and performs other duties as may be assigned.
