The SuccessFactors Technical Analyst that will lead business engagement, technical solution design and implementation for the Talent Development suite. This role requires deep technical & project management skills with Successfactors hands-on configuration knowledge and experience to ensure delivery with excellence. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate closely with various business partners including Corporate HR, shared services, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT colleagues to address, implement and support project initiatives spanning different Colgate businesses across geographies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the technologies that enable Career & talent development, succession planning and Employee Central in SAP Success factors along with Time & Attendance.

  • Lead the development of HR technology, and implement the objectives catering to the above mentioned areas (like SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Succession Planning Tools) in a high growth environment.

  • Perform hands-on configuration in SuccessFactors in the area of People Development (Succession, Performance, Development Modules) and/or Learning (LMS Module) and/or Employee Central

  • Complete the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of using technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.

  • Conduct Security and Architecture reviews: work with HR Global Learning, Cybergrx system and representatives, HR Vendors GIT Security team, GIT Architecture team to facilitate reviews for new and sometimes existing vendors.

  • Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the core areas of People development, Performance and Goals Management, and Employee data management projects.

  • Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement

  • Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation

  • Independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution

  • Function as central coordinator balancing priorities for her areas of responsibility, working with our India GSSO organization, tracking SLA progress against plans

  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP SuccessFactors development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field

  • Minimum 5 years experience in configuration & implementation

  • In depth knowledge of multiple development tools & SuccessFactors

  • Programming skills is preferred

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically

  • Curious demeanor and willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business process knowledge in Human Resources

  • PMP certification

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $91,200.00 - $151,200.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
