Description We are seeking a Software Developer to join our logistics industry team based in Piscataway, New Jersey, 08854, United States. This role will involve analyzing system requirements, developing software applications using .NET programming languages, and documenting development and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

• Develop software applications using .NET programming languages, including C# and Visual Basic .NET.

• Write clean, testable code, adhering to industry best practices and guidelines.

• Develop technical specifications and architecture for new software applications.

• Deploy fully functional applications and perform regular upgrades to existing programs.

• Test and debug various .NET applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Document development and operational procedures to create comprehensive reference materials.

• Maintain familiarity with the overall Microsoft Stack, including SQL Server/IIS/.Net Core.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the software applications.

• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations. Requirements • Proficiency in .NET framework is essential

• Command over C# programming language is required

• Familiarity with Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET) is necessary

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is mandatory

• A relevant degree in Computer Science or related field is needed

• Strong problem-solving skills are expected

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Proven experience in the logistics industry is preferred

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological trends

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles
