Inside Sales Representative - Customer Onboarding Specialist

Department: Machinery Product Support

Responsibilities

Assisting customers in the onboarding process after purchasing.
Reaching out to the customer after the sale to capture required customer account information.
Registering and assisting customers with their CWS IDs, walkthroughs on the functions of Caterpillar applications, and detailing all benefits they have access to.
Applications and benefits would include: PCC, Cat Central, Vision Link, SIS Web & QR Code.
Subscribing customers' equipment to Cat Connect.
Generating leads for CVA Contracts, Cat Card & Product Link.
Work closely with the Digital advisors for customer training opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years Customer Service, Administrative, eCommerce or Marketing experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
*Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
