Functions as the ShiftWizard Administrator + Collaborates with leaders to: ensure accurate and timely payroll through timecard (ADP) edits, ensure team members are accountable for accurate timecards and verification prior to payroll + Scheduling- Open new schedule with approved requests, pattern schedules and correct core levels, pre-assign FIrstStaff Float Pool staff with contracts,collaborates with leaders to balance schedule prior to posting by deadline, track/trend themes with scheduling gaps to identify opportunities,forward focused to look ahead at staffing needs and establish plan + Daily Staffing - Identify shifts below “core” are identified and work to close gaps, send Shift alerts in ShiftWizard as needed, leads 0900 staffing huddle, counts and plans for Q4 hour staffing needs in each department, identifies daily staffing and staffing needs – acuity changes, sick calls, notifies Float Pool staff of daily assignment, communicates /rounds with Charge nurse staffing for next shift, tracks sick calls each pay period and send to Nurse Managers, receives sick calls from Team Members + Quarterly reconciliation of worked hours for float pool and weekend program staff Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business or related field required. Competence with Microsoft Office suite of products and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience within a multi-faceted, high paced environment required Experience with scheduling (ShiftWizard) and payroll systems (ADP) within health care preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams preferred. Must have ability to comply with all safety and health standards, and all rules, regulations, and orders which are applicable to the individual’s own position, actions, and conduct. Must demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks at once in an organized manner.
