The Information Security Analyst is an integral part of the network and information security systems that are core to the data infrastructure of FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Responsibilities include: Installing, upgrading, maintaining and monitoring of corporate data loss prevention (DLP) solutions, email security solution, secure messaging solution, multi-factor authentication solution and other information security-related systems. Performing day-to-day information security administrative functions in an efficient manner. Complying with established information security configuration standards and industry best practices. Provides management with understandable and actionable information regarding information security incidents. Researches, develops and evaluates security solutions in support of complex business and regulatory requirements through knowledge of security management, network and protocols, data and application security solutions, industry trends, and current and emerging risks. Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Assurance, or other healthcare-related field required. 2 years' experience in healthcare information security, security operations, security engineering, or equivalent experience in a similar complex environment. CompTIA Security+ Certification, CompTIA CySA+ Certification, Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent advanced industry work experience beyond the minimum is preferred.
