Take your temp, record your temp, sanitize hands, put on mask
Wash hands regularly (at least 30 seconds), wear hair net/beard cover
Turn on dish machine, check to see if dishes were brought back in the dining room during the night, wash dishes, check dish machine temp and document
Prepare any special beverages needed for tray lines
Set up beverage end of tray lines
Serve on beverage end of tray line
Break down beverage end of tray line and place items back in proper place
Break down hall carts / Wash dishes
Make tea and punch for lunch
Gather beverages, supplements, ice cream, etc. for lunch, set up beverage end of tray line
Serve tray line on the beverage end
Finish serving tray line, assist dishwasher with placing items back in the proper place, clean beverage end of serving line including floors
Complete cleaning tasks
Complete any other tasks assigned to or asked of you by supervisor/designee
