These are full-time, well-paying positions with competitive benefits! Start building the foundation for a successful career in construction as a Construction Laborer. Construction Laborer Role Overview: Often required to work in the great outdoors, a general laborer needs physical strength, endurance and brains. You’ll be shoveling dirt, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and lending a hand wherever is necessary to help see the job to completion. Also get ready to run small equipment as part of your job. If you’re hardworking, dependable, able to follow safety rules and work with a positive attitude, this is the job for you. Once you prove yourself in this position, move up to higher pay and more responsibility as a skilled laborer.
