Qualifications Job Location: Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey ( Hybrid) Job Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 3 years of professional experience Job Description: • Server support includes applying updates, configuration changes, and routine backups. • Configure servers according to user requirements and documented best practices. • Provides daily phone and desk-side technical support for around 450 users. • Perform routine system updates, system upgrades and patching security vulnerabilities. • Imaging new laptops through PXE booting. • Upgrading and migrating computers to new hardware. • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team and independently. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Ability to obtain administrative privileges on supported systems including CompTIA Security+ within the first 90 days of employment • Technical knowledge of Linux and Windows computing environments, protocols, networks and Microsoft desktop applications. PowerShell scripting a plus.
