Partners Creating Community Residential Program Manager in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a cluster of residential and case management homes and staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents through clinical and operations management, staff recruitment and talent development. Commitment to the PCC values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

Essential Duties and Functions

OPERATIONS Oversight of medical charts of the clients, ensuring that all appointments and necessary paperwork are completed and up to date.

Procurement of groceries and household goods for designated sites

Schedule, conduct and participate in meetings

  • PCC leadership, ISP's, Management, Monthly Monitoring, Retreats

Communicate with doctors and pharmacists when necessary.

  • Ensure correct scripts are in each home and being followed correctly by all staff

Complete, File and ensure SC's & Admin Team receive required reports:

  • Daily's, Monthly's, Quarterly's, Annual Assessments etc.

Schedule and conduct with Team Leads bi-monthly audits:

  • Medical Charts, Medication Logs (MAR Logs), Fire Drills, H20 Tests, Fire Extinguishers, Custodial, Petty Cash

Assist in the provision of direct care as needed for special events and/or emergencies

Oversite of PCC Residential Vehicles (Annual inspections, oil changes, on-going maintenance)

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Assist Management Team in the recruitment and ongoing training and development of staff.
  • Provide ongoing supervision of direct care staff.
  • Co-Create & Post monthly staff schedules.
  • Obtain an annual physical with TB test every 2 years.
  • Completes training as requested/required.
  • Ensure all SSP have valid driver's licenses.
  • Effectively manages and follows through on assigned projects.
  • Complete all other duties as requested by administrative staff.

Qualifications

Education:

(a) A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.

(b) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years' work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.

(c) An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Program development, goal planning and implementation of the Team planning process
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function as a member of a team, which works together to ensure a high quality of life of each Member
  • Ability to support and maintain adherence to boundaries
  • Ability to achieve outcomes with Contributors/Residents as determined in their Team Plan
  • Ability to engage Contributors/Residents and their Team in an effective, therapeutic and healthy manner.

  • FBI clearance and/or Child Abuse Clearance, as required
  • CPR and First Aid certification

Additional Special Working Conditions:

The Residential Program Mgr will have direct contact with individuals that have co-occurring disorders and Problem Sexual Behaviors (PSB) and/or Sexual Offences (SO). Willingness to work with and support individuals with MH/IDD/PSB/SO is essential for this position. The Residential Program Mgr will be required to assist in he daily operations of each specific program as needed or necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
