We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives. Maxim offers comprehensive training to all of our nurses to ensure that our nurses are confident in providing one-on-one care in the patient’s home. We strive to provide an atmosphere where our patients, their family members, and our nurses build a unique rapport that promotes exceptional services and quality of life strategies to remain in the comfort of their own home.

Position Details (Multiple positions available):

·Pediatric Patient

·Acuity Level: G-tube

·Location: Chandler

·Schedule: Days, Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 6pm

About cases:

This is a pediatric patient who is seeking care on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 6pm. The patient has only a G-tube and is considered a low acuity case. The family is amazing and kind to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Responsibilities:

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
