Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead software execution on the Honeywell Anthem next-generation avionics development program. You will work under minimal supervision of the Vice President of Program Management to execute software development and coordination with multiple dependencies to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams. You will manage and lead a portion of a complex, global development program that span several major domestic and worldwide locations and suppliers, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations and organizations. You will define, generate & implement program plans and schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive on-time execution

· Drive Program Plans

· Has authority, is accountable for program execution

· Understand and manage budget/schedule to AOP/STRAP and customer commitments

· Earned Value Management

· Risk Management

· Collaborate, Direct, and Lead across multiple dependencies

· Coordinate with multiple development programs

· Lead cross-functional collaboration, communicate and influence

· Present programmatic details including at a leadership level

· Summarize key issues & actions

YOU MUST HAVE

· 10+ years’ experience and expertise within hardware development programs

· Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation experience

· Integrated Master Schedule development and tracking experience

· Demonstrated relationship management, motivational, and interpersonal skills

· Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical capability

· Ability to work independently with limited guidance and exercise sound judgment

· Ability to think strategically and solve problems with high bias for action

WE VALUE

· BS/BA/Master’s degree in engineering or business

· Demonstrated relationship management, motivational, and interpersonal skills
