Kforce Service Delivery Performance Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Delivery Performance Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ).Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations

  • Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems

  • Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff

  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Performs a variety of tasks

  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager

  • Experience with identifying application/infrastructure risks and mitigation strategy and the ability to work with a team to ensure risks are mitigated

  • Experience with debugging techniques for root cause analysis of issues

  • ITIL working knowledge: Event, Incident, Release, Problem and Knowledge Management

  • Effectively lead a bridge and escalate as part of a larger incident management process.

  • Experience in ITSM ServiceNow tool and ITIL V3 certification is a Plus

  • Experience debugging defects using modern monitoring tools (e.g. DT1, Splunk) to enable reduction in detection time is a plus
