What You'll Do
Maintain all corporate safety data and communicates safety messages across company
Administer customer safety data reporting systems (ISN, Avetta, etc)
Enter and maintain employee training data, including developing weekly, monthly, annual training reports
Maintain safety observation data and produces weekly, monthly, annual scheduled reporting
Maintain safety program document library and communicate safety messages across company
Coordinate and maintain company AED devices
Facilitate safety trainings as required
Facilitate new hire onboarding
All other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
High school graduate and/or GED equivalent required
3 years related experience (ideally within utility construction preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with web-based tracking software
Bilingual (Preferred)
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
OSHA 10 certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
Highly motivated
High level of integrity
High level of initiative
Follows instructions
Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
Able to collaborate with colleagues
Able to work alone or as a team
Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
