Project Manager :

  • Manage projects for a high-performing team in the finance risk portfolio

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings

  • Manage resource allocations effectively

  • Validate required evidence and documentation

  • Review financial data and reports

  • Develop and maintain project schedules

  • Oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery

  • Identify and mitigate project risks

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders

    Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in banking or financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and risk management principles, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and actual experience working in Agile environments

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience with Clarizen project management software

  • Proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration
