Resolute performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a passionate committed individual to serve as a Production Control Clerk. The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Production Control Clerk, and we are looking for a motivated person to assist with document management and administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with data entry
Manage and organize documents digitally and manually
Create and enter purchase orders
Scanning and filing documents as needed
Participate in employee continuing education
Learn and utilize Viewpoint, Tekla Power Fab and other relevant industry software.
Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
Support our goal of achieving zero accidents.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
A basic understanding of structural steel fabrication would be helpful
3+ years of work in an administrative setting
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable of the steel/concrete industry
Computer and data entry experience is required
Organized, attentive, and detail oriented
Familiarity with software such as: Tekla Power Fab, Vista, and Bluebeam
