Resolute performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a passionate committed individual to serve as a Production Control Clerk. The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Production Control Clerk, and we are looking for a motivated person to assist with document management and administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry

  • Manage and organize documents digitally and manually

  • Create and enter purchase orders

  • Scanning and filing documents as needed

  • Participate in employee continuing education

  • Learn and utilize Viewpoint, Tekla Power Fab and other relevant industry software.

  • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.

  • Support our goal of achieving zero accidents.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • A basic understanding of structural steel fabrication would be helpful

  • 3+ years of work in an administrative setting

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledgeable of the steel/concrete industry

  • Computer and data entry experience is required

  • Organized, attentive, and detail oriented

  • Familiarity with software such as: Tekla Power Fab, Vista, and Bluebeam
