Part-time Research & Sales Operations Associate

100% remote - 20 hours a week | $22.00 hour (non-negotiable)

Necessary Experience/Skills:

  • Top notch communication abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in research, sales, account management, or customer service

  • A record of driving business results leveraging your strong interpersonal skills

  • Analytical problem solving, managing cross-functional initiatives, and succeeding in a fast moving environment

  • Ability to pivot when you learn new information, and the drive to think strategically and creatively to come up with solutions to complex problems

  • A drive to add structure and clarity to ambiguous processes / situations

  • Sales experience

  • Experience with outreach via email and calls

  • Research experience

A day in the role:

  • Own research & sales processes and execute on driving forward our product roadmap via key insights from our customer audiences

  • Analyze campaign results to identify drivers of performance and opportunities to improve our existing customer experiences.

  • Interact with people on a daily basis, understand their preferences, and figure out how to solve their problems

  • Hold Zoom calls with key holders, multi-task, share screen while taking notes on conversation (verbatim notes)

  • This role is intended to serve as our primary ear to our audiences, helping us test new hypotheses, source feedback on tests & new experiences we launch, and gauge interest/appetite for new products.

  • Interact with people on a daily basis, understand their preferences, and figure out how to solve their problems
