Position Profile

Provides quality maintenance of HOV facilities, furnishings and equipment and helps to ensure safe, efficient and welcoming physical environments.

Responsibilities

§ Provides quality facility and equipment maintenance.

§ Assures environmental safety.

§ Assures appropriate allocation of expenditures.

§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.

§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.

§ Minimum three years of progressive experience in a maintenance field.

§ Training Requirements: OSHA, building, life safety and fire codes.

§ Working knowledge of building construction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and a strong mechanical aptitude.

§ Familiar with OSHA regulations and building, life safety and fire codes.

Preferred Qualifications

§ Healthcare background preferred.
