Aerotek Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift $36 Hourly in Phoenix, Arizona

Description:

  • Perform a variety of Production Equipment Maintenance. Backup other maintenance personnel on projects as required.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical system problems such as electrical circuits, controls, motor, proximity switches, and PLCs I/O system, and relay-base, using root cause analysis principles and taking corrective action to repair or replacing the electrical and mechanical component.

  • Debug, and repair production equipment 240/480- single or 3 phase and DC 24 voltage systems, AC/DC circuit, frequency drives, load cells, power distribution, induction motor, and other machine control components, as quickly and safely as possible to ensure minimal production downtime on manufacturing equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of some experience performing maintenance on automated equipment

  • Maintenance of mechanical systems - motors, bearings, belts, gear boxes, and pneumatic systems

  • Troubleshooting and fixing/replacing servo or stepper motors, mechanical arms, controls, small pneumatics

  • Maintenance of electrical systems - 240/480 volt, single or 3 phase, and DC 24 Volt systems, frequency drives, load cells, power distribution, motors, controls

  • Custom machinery maintenance experience

  • Any PLC knowledge

  • custom machinery maintenance experience

  • Some knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic

Shift :

1 position for 10pm - 6:30am 5 days Monday night and Saturday morning.

1 position for 6am - 2:30pm 5 days Monday to Friday.
