ManpowerGroup Installation/Repair Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona

SIGN INSTALLER (Commercial Real Estate Division) needed at busy Phoenix area sign manufacturer.

Seeking a qualified sign installer to perform sign installation duties throughout the Phoenix and Tucson areas. Full time positions are available for immediate start.

Under general direction from the Real Estate Sign Manager, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to install small sign projects consisting of mainly post and panel signs, banners and window graphics. Most of the work is outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions around the Phoenix and Tucson areas

Typical hours are from 6am to 3pm, but can vary pending workload, OT available. Advancement opportunities available for the right candidate.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITIES

  • 2+ years sign installation experience.

  • Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Experience installing post and panel signs (must be able to work alone to install a 4x8 real estate sign on two posts with no other help).

  • Experience installing banners on a variety of building surfaces.

  • Experience with vinyl application and removal.

  • Ability to work with your hands.

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

  • Must have a good sense of direction.

  • Ability to read maps, site plans and find GPS coordinates.

  • Quality focused.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Team oriented in a fast paced environment.

  • Dependable, self-motivated and organized.

  • Ability to maintain a clean working environment.

  • Ability read, understand and follow work order instructions in English.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with proficiency in English.

REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review Install/Removal orders and be able to load your own truck with the necessary inventory to complete the day's work.

  • Drive to various locations throughout the day to install and/or remove commercial real estate signs.

  • Interact with customers in the field.

  • Clean and replace signs back into inventory after removal and return.

  • Other duties as assigned.
