Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician

The HVAC Maintenance Technician inspects HVAC systems to make sure they are in proper working condition. They will test for function and efficiency when called to a customer's home. They are integral and adapt to a steady demand based on call volume and business need.

Service Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and make repairs

  • Respond to all inquiries

  • Maintain Customer Service relationship from start to job completion

  • Sell and upgrade HVAC equipment and comfort systems

  • Be knowledgeable on basic home equipment for cross-selling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years HVAC Service Experience

  • Proficient in building long term customer relationships

  • Skilled in Verbal and Written communication

  • Overcome objections with ability to validate customers while gaining business
