Job Title: Golf Cart Mechanic

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Golf Cart Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining a fleet of 100 golf carts. You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct urgent repairs. Your role extends to minor repairs on 25 - 30 forklifts, complementing the work of our external service provider. Your day will include electrical troubleshooting, small engine or motor repair, and addressing hydraulic, load chain, propane line, and seal issues.

Hard Skills

  • Electrical diagnostics and repair for low voltage systems

  • Mechanical aptitude with cars, carts, small engines, and electric motors

  • Experience with Propane and electric forklift maintenance

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail

  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

The position operates in a dynamic environment with an early start at 6AM, potentially shifting to 5AM. The role requires you to be on your feet for 90% of the day and to work in areas without air conditioning. The shop can be dirty at times, so a willingness to perform hands-on, potentially dirty work is essential.
