Position: Field Service Engineer

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support AZ technical service center in the generation and execution of service and capital projects
  • Conduct site meetings with customers and Company sales team members to review customer requirements, facility information and water need to develop process designs, scope of work and proposals for new projects
  • Conduct site reviews of equipment in facilities with Company sales team to develop scope and proposal for system maintenance contracts
  • Provide onsite project management and validation execution support
  • Generate, review, and present system trend reports with customers providing recommended service actions
  • Attend and support system start-ups, includes onsite operation, testing and troubleshooting of newly installed equipment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in an engineering or technical role
  • Associates or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • Comfortable with verbal and telephone communications, with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or interests
  • Self-motivated & enjoy learning new technologies
  • Find energy and joy in problem solving
  • Familiar with mechanical components (pumps, valves, piping, flanges, etc.)
  • Capable of handling multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
