Qualified Appliance Installers can earn between $27-$32+ Per Hour Based on Experience

Ferguson has an exciting opportunity to join our in-house Delivery & Installation Team and build the program from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform multiple High-End Luxury appliance installations on a dedicated route. To include Built-in Column Refrigeration with panels, Wall-Oven, Island Hoods, Cooktops, Built-in Coffee Systems, and Outdoor Kitchens. Must possess the desire to learn Ferguson’s best practices.

  • Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators required.

  • Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications and are fully functioning.

  • Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers – you take care of a vast array of customers.

  • Company’s paid travel and training installation seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is required.

  • Ability to lift 50-100 pound objects frequently and 100+ pound objects With the assistance of fellow associates and lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled.

  • Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers, excellent customer service skills are a must!

  • Valid state-issued license is required.

  • Mechanical skills and willingness to learn – plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
