Seeking a hardworking individual with encapsulation experience within the health and wellness production line of business. You will play a crucial role in the production process by operation and maintaining encapsulation equipement. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, the ability to follow precise instructions, and be committed to producing top notch products while having the ability to keep work space clean and the want to help the team members around them.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Operate encapsulation machinery to produce dietary supplement capsules according to production schedules and quality standards.
Set up and adjust encapsulation equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to product specifications.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production efficiency and product quality.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on encapsulation equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify consistency, weight, and integrity.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product safety and quality.
Keep accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and inventory counts.
Assist in the cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
