Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing top-notch dining experiences and leading dynamic teams? Join us as the Director of Dining Services supporting our K12 school district located in the Phoenix, AZ area, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of our Foodservice operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers.

As the Director of Dining Services, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated employees to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences.

  • Managing client relationships with finesse, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

  • Taking ownership of the account's profitability by overseeing all P&L and budgeting activities.

  • Collaborating with our talented Chef and management team to craft nutritious and high-quality meals for our students.

  • Driving innovation by implementing new culinary programs in partnership with our marketing and culinary teams.

  • Serving as a key liaison between our company, clients, and the community, encouraging strong connections and partnerships.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A passion for hospitality and a BS degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).

  • Three plus years of foodservice management experience, with a proven track record of success.

  • Dining experience that demonstrates your understanding of the industry and commitment to excellence.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Strong financial acumen and business savvy, allowing you to drive profitability and growth.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
