What does a great (insert position title) do?

This position sits on the Digital Pay Product Communications team. The core element of the role is a responsibility for writing, editing and distributing external client communications.

The successful candidate will 1) have the ability to write technical articles, like release notes, 2) have a journalistic mindset, asking questions, talking to many stakeholders in the pursuit of truly understanding changes and 3) be client-focused, writing materials, organizing content and looking at things through the lens of making things as simple as possible for our clients.

Products that you could be asked to for include AllData Advisor, Aggregation and PFM; FundNow; or Payzur. These Products are key to DPS growth strategy in 2021.

This is an ideal role for someone seeking a dynamic work environment. Someone who enjoys learning and growing in their communications career. And someone who enjoys collaborating with people from across the business, including technical leaders, sales and client service.

In addition to product release bulletins, writing topics could include certificate renewals, release bulletins, or system and operational updates. Additional work could include internal communications, writing knowledge articles and content distribution through the ServiceNow Publications module.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience writing communications plans and executing on those plans (writing and communication plan samples required)

  • Experienced Microsoft 360 user including, SharePoint and Teams.

  • Experienced ServiceNow user, including Knowledge Management and Publications modules.

  • Well organized.

  • Collaborative mindset.

  • Looking to learn and grow.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 5%

  • 3 years work experience
