Client Services Coordinator
DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Client Services Coordinator/Account Executive with outstanding written/verbal communication and analytical skills. Automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and building client relationships
Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
Staying on top of industry trends
Conduct dealer training
Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Required Skills:
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
Ability to manage multiple accounts
The ability to remain cool under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
