Bright Horizons Child Care Resource Teacher in Phoenix, Arizona

Now hiring Resource Teachers! The positions are Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM! The center is in North Phoenix right off of I-17 and the 101.

Our Resource Teachers are sometimes called ‘floaters’ because that’s what they do – they regularly ‘float’ between classrooms. Spend the morning caring for infants, lunchtime with the toddlers, and the afternoon with a group of preschool artists completing their masterpieces. No two days are the same!

As a Resource Teacher, you will:

  • Lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.

  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

  • At least 6 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required

Compensation Range: $17.75 - $21.70 / hr
