Description

Haweo LLC is a small disadvantaged business. As a professional services firm that provides consulting and advisory services to clients, Haweo works to improve operational efficiency and to accomplish organizational objectives as well as serves as a leading provider for information services and business management services to the Federal Government.

Haweo is seeking a Requirements/Business Analyst with a strong background in business architecture and business process improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing process decompositions, mapping business processes using the BPMN standard, and helping clients plan for major business transformations. Experience in technical areas including supply chain management, product life cycle management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Navy/DoD policy would be beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to understand complex systems.

What will you do?

  • Provide process documentation, analysis, and reengineering services for the Navy\'s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP).
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit information needed to document and improve business and functional processes.
  • Conduct research and interviews to understand, assess, and improve business and functional processes.
  • Prepare accurate and well written technical documents.
  • Decompose high level business requirements down to individual business processes.
  • Map the tasks and workflows for business processes using the BPMN standard.
  • Develop detailed plans to assist the Navy in their transition to new supply chain processes.
  • Improve internal processes by identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Compensation Minimum: \$70,000

Compensation Maximum: \$86,000

Job Requirements:

Remote but should be in reasonable distance for occasional trips to Mechanicsburg, PA.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • At least 5 years of process architecture, process management, or process improvement experience
  • Experience facilitating large meetings to elicit technical requirements and document processes
  • Experience with business analysis, documenting requirements, and creating process flow diagrams
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Must be a US citizen

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Business Process Manager with the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP), the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), or related certificate in Process Management/Improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience using the BPMN 2.0 standard and MS-Visio
  • Experience working in fully remote teams
  • Experience in a U.S. Government environment (Navy/DoD experience preferred)
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management
  • Experience transitioning to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP experience preferred)
  • Commercial or Federal consulting experiences at \"Big 4\" or similar practice

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 30 pounds as necessary.
